POT NOODLE GOLDEN TICKET COMPETITION 2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     This Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

 

How to Enter the Promotion

2.     The Promotion is open from 00:01 GMT on 25/03/2026 until 23:59 BST on 21/04/2026 (Promotional Period). Claim by 21/06/2026 (Claim Period).

3     To enter, visit any UK Asda store that stocks at least one of the participating Pot Noodle Instant Block packs (Participating Asda Store) during the Promotional Period and purchase one of the Participating Packs listed below. UK Asda stores that do not stock any of the Participating Packs are not included in this Promotion: 

• Pot Noodle Chicken & Mushroom Instant Noodles 112G
• Pot Noodle Original Curry Instant Noodles 114G
• Pot Noodle Beef & Tomato Instant Noodles 114G
• Pot Noodle Bombay Bad Boy Instant Noodles 115G

 

4.     There are 21 Golden Tickets in total available in this Promotion. As a result, not all Participating Asda Stores will contain a winning Participating Pack. Where a winning Participating Pack is available in a Participating Asda Store, there will be no more than one winning Participating Pack in that store.

 

5.     If you find a winning golden ticket (Golden Ticket) in the pack while opening it and are able to submit a prize claim, you will be a winner.

 

How to Submit a Prize Claim

 

6.     To claim your prize, turn the Golden Ticket over and scan the QR code on the back. This will take you to the online prize claim form at https://www.potnoodle.com/Asda-Golden-Ticket-Redeem.html.   Please keep the pack and Golden Ticket as proof of purchase, as you will need to upload a photo of the Golden Ticket when submitting your prize claim.

 

7.     To claim your prize, you must submit the online prize claim form within the timeframes set out in these Terms and Conditions and provide the unique code printed on the Golden Ticket, together with the following information: 

First name;

Last name;

Email address;

Phone number; and

Your Golden Ticket Unique code

 

8.     Once the online prize claim form has been successfully completed, the winner will receive an email within 7 days to validate their claim. The winner must reply to this email with a clear photograph of both sides of their Golden Ticket. Upon successful validation, the winner will be sent a secure link via SMS to the mobile number provided on the prize claim form, through which they will be required to submit their bank details for prize fulfilment

 

9     Where a unique code is reasonably considered invalid by the Promoter’s team, the prize claim will be void.

 

10.     By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and entering the Promotion, you consent to your data being shared with the Promoter and a third-party agency for the purposes of prize fulfilment only.

 

11     Claim for Prizes may only be made using the method described below. Claims by any other means (for example postal claims) shall not be accepted.

 

12.  The deadline for prize claims from winners is the 21/06/2026. If a winner has not responded to the initial validation email or SMS requesting for bank details for prize fulfilment by this date, the Prize will be forfeited.

 

Entry Requirements

13.    Each Golden Ticket and its unique code can only be redeemed once and is valid only until the final claim date of 21/06/2026. Prize claims submitted after the final claim date will be automatically void, and the prize cannot be claimed. No exceptions will be made.

 

14.  There is no limit on the number of prizes an individual may win. However, in accordance with clause 13 each Golden Ticket may only be redeemed once, and each prize claim must be submitted separately using a valid, unique code in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

15.  Purchase of a Participating Pack is necessary; internet access and a valid email address, bank account and phone number are required.

 

16.   Claims for prizes may only be made using the method described above. Claims by any other means (for example postal claims) shall not be accepted.

 

17.    Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a prize claim in relation to a specific Golden Ticket has already been submitted and to disqualify any subsequent prize claim or prize entitlement relating to that Golden Ticket.

 

18.  Automated entries, including those generated by scripts, bots, AI systems or any other automated means, are prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries using CAPTCHA or other human verification tools and to disqualify any entry suspected of being automated or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. If a prize claim is reasonably determined to have been made or assisted by automated technology, the Promoter may declare the prize claim invalid. All decisions regarding prize claim validity are final and made at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

 

19.     By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this Promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

 

20.     Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

 

21.     We reserve the right to verify each winner and ask for proof of identity, age and address, and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right in our sole and reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant who: (a) we have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; and/or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this Promotion. We also reserve our legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender. If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control, we may terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

 

Prizes

22.     Find one of the Golden Tickets inside a Participating Pack at a Participating Asda Store and win a share of £30,000, as outlined in clause 25.

 

23.     If you purchase a winning Participating Pack containing a Golden Ticket, you will need to submit a valid prize claim in accordance with the instructions at section ‘How to Submit a Prize Claim’ above.

 

24.  There will be a total of 21 winning Golden Tickets. Each Golden Ticket will show the specific prize amount printed on it. There is one Golden Ticket worth £10,000 and twenty Golden Tickets worth £1,000 each. All prizes will be paid to winners via bank transfer.

 

25.  The 21 Golden Tickets will be independently and randomly inserted into the packaging of selected Participating Packs. A winning Participating Pack will look the same as any other Participating Pack; however, when opened, it will contain a Golden Ticket confirming that it is a winning pack. The contents of a winning Participating Pack will otherwise be unchanged. In accordance with clause 4, the Golden Ticket should be retained, as it contains important information and instructions.

 

26.  All prizes are available to be won however there is no guarantee that all prizes will be found or claimed

 

27.  Winning Participating Packs will be distributed to Participating Asda Stores selected at random through a computerised process conducted by an independent agency. Each selected Participating Asda Store will receive no more than one winning Participating Pack. For the avoidance of doubt, there are 21 Golden Tickets in total for this Promotion and, as a result, not all Participating Asda Stores will contain a winning Participating Pack.

 

28.     Prize Tickets specifics:

•        All cash prizes include the cash prize only.
•       The Golden Tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.

 

Successful Prize Claims

 

29.  If you have a successful prize claim and Unilever receives a request from a consumer to confirm that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.

 

30.    The winners’ initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com within 2 weeks of the closing date.

 

 

General Terms

 

31.     By submitting a prize claim and entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.

 

32.     The Promoter, Unilever, reserves the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.

 

33.  If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

 

34.    Entrants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents. Entrant’s details will not be passed onto another third party for any other purpose without prior consent. 35.     As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns Republic of Ireland residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
