Pot Noodle X Crazy Bastard Competition

1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern Pot Noodle x Crazy Bastard Hot Sauce (“Promotion”) and shall be applicable to all the participants to this Promotion, to the extent law permits, so please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

3. No purchase necessary, however, internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.

4. Entry Mechanism: To participate, the entrant must:

• Log onto your Instagram account (or create one for free) and follow @potnoodle and @crazybsauce.uk on Instagram via their official Instagram    accounts and continue following both accounts for for at least one month after the Promotion ends.
• Like the shared Instagram post by @potnoodle and @crazybsauce.uk.
• Tag 1 x fellow spice lover in the comments under the shared Instagram post by @potnoodle and @crazybsauce.uk.

5. Campaign Period: The opening date for entries is 13:00 BST on 08/09/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 12:00 BST on 15/09/2025.

6. The Promotion is limited to one entry per person. No person may win more than one prize.

7. You must keep your profile on a public setting and continue to follow the @potnoodle and @crazybsauce.uk official Instagram accounts for one month after the end of the Campaign Period in order to be contacted if you are selected as a winner.

8. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of entry. Any entrant found to be using multiple Instagram accounts to enter will be ineligible. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes to be in breach of them.

9.  Each entry:

• must be suitable for display and publication online and should not be obscene or indecent (including but not limited to nudity, pornography, or profanity), it must not contain defamatory statements or words or symbols that are offensive either generally or to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group. It must not include threats to any person, place, business or group, it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or network standards;
• must not contain or refer to any products other than those of Unilever / Pot Noodle and it must not contain or reference any third party trademarks or logos (other than those of Unilever / Pot Noodle) unless such inclusion is merely incidental and is not unduly prominent and as long as it is included with due cause and in such a way that it does not take unfair advantage of any third party trademarks.

10. If anyone other than you appears in your entry, you must have their permission to use their name in a manner contemplated by this promotion.

11. Entries received in connection with this Promotion will be reviewed by the Promoter or a third-party moderator after they have been placed online to confirm that they comply with these Terms and Conditions. If any such entries/comments are or could reasonably be construed as being unlawful or offensive or contrary to these Terms and Conditions and or against the network guidelines, we reserve the right to remove them from the competition post on Pot Noodle Instagram page immediately at any time without prior notice to entrants.

12. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to release, discharge, and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this Promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

13. If you submit an entry that includes any material or content, the rights in which are owned by a third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright and trade marks, you will be responsible for any legal action that third-party may take against you.

14. Entrants shall defend, indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners ("the Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.

15. Prize: There will be two (2) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) box containing the following:

• 1x Crazy Bastard 7 Hot Sauce Set
• 1x Crazy Bastard Super Hot Sauce Set
• 10x Bombay Bad Boy Pot Noodles (10x90g)

16. Allocation of the prizes will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. All valid entries received through Instagram on or before the closing date will be assigned a number in order of entry and the winning number will be selected by a random number generator. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

17. The Prizes are as aforementioned in Clause 15, and no cash or other alternatives shall be offered. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and are not transferable. The products included within the Prize will also be subject to stock/availability. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil obligations related to the Prize due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to stock shortages or other availability issues. The Prize may not be resold under any circumstances.

18. The winners will be notified through a direct message on Instagram to the account they entered with from the @potnoodle account within 7 days after the closing date. The winners must claim their Prize by responding to the direct message with their full name and address within 14 days of this direct message. If the Prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to substitute winners selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

19. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer to confirm that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter or character of your Instagram with them, e.g. “@A”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share your full username with them.

20. The winner’s first letter of Instagram handle may be made available on request emailing potnoodlesocial@outlook.com within 7 days after the Closing Date.

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Meta. Entrants release Meta for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.

22. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

23. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
